Mixed Vegetable Soup is loaded with anti-oxidant rich vegetables like capsicums, tomatoes and cabbage.
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped cabbage
  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 2 bayleaves (tejpatta)
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
  1. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomatoes, cabbage, capsicum, bay leaves and 6 teacups of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Serve hot.
