Got bored of regular 2 minute Maggie?Here we gave you a different and yummy style of spring rolls that are stuffed with Maggie. Surprise your kid’s lunch boxes with this whole veg Maggie rolls
  • Raw Maggie: 2
  • Onions:1
  • Carrot:1
  • Capsicum:1
  • Ginger&mirchi paste:2 spoons
  • cabbage:1 cup
  • Chat Masala:2 spoons
  • Maggie Masala: 1 packet
  • Salt:As required
  • Eggs:2
  • Spring roll sheets:4
  • Oil: As required
  • Chop all the mentioned vegetables into small pieces and keep aside
  1. Switch on the stove,take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil,sliced onions,capsicum,carrot and fry them on a low flame
  2. Now add sliced cabbage,ginger&mirchi paste,maggie masala,sufficient water and 1.5 spoon chat masala and mix well
  3. Add the maggei and cook it till the water gets evaporated
  4. Now add some raw cabbage and spring onions to the maggie mixture and keep aside
  5. On the other stove,take a pan and make 2 egg scramble with required salt and mix it well with the maggie mixture
  6. Let it get chill,in mean time on the other stove take a pan and add oil for deep frying
  7. Take the spring roll sheets and stuff the egg mixed maggie mixture and close it tight as shown in the video
  8. Now deep fry the stuffed rolls and serve hot with your fav sauces
