Ingredients
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Garlic 4 Clove
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Curry Leaves 2 Springs
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Cumin Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Mustard Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Moong Dal 75 Grams
  • Bottle Gourd 250 Grams
  • Tomato Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. First boil the moong Dal in pressure cooker, keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,
  2. when mustard seeds is splutter, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, turmeric, chopped garlic, salt, sauté it,
  3. add chopped green chilly, chopped bottle gourd, chopped tomatoes,
  4. mix it and put the lid on and cook it till soft,
  5. add chilly powder, salt, moong Dal, mix it and put the lid on and cook it for few minutes.
