Chamagadda is a veg that comes from soil that contains more nutrients,this dish is cooked in a style of fish fry but with vegetables; roast it a bit more for more taste.
Ingredients
- Chamagadda/Taro:1/4 Kg
- Coriander powder:2 spoons
- Garam Masala:spoon
- Ginger& Garlic Paste:1 spoon
- Turmeric powder:1/4 spoon
- Red Chilli Powder:As required
- Coriander Leaves: 2 stems
- Salt:As required
- Oil: As required
Instructions
- Switch on the stove,take a pressure cooker,add ¼ kg chamagadda and sufficient water and let 2 whistles come
- Switch off the stove,drain the water and peel them off and Smash them as flat slices as shown in the video
- In mean time,take a bowl,add sufficient salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder and mix it well along with 3 spoons of water
- Now take the mixed masala and spread it both sides over the smashed chamagadda slices
- Switch on the stove,take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil
- Now shallow fry both the sides the masala spread chamagadda chaps properly
- Switch off the stove and serve them hot with coriander leaves garnished
