One more simple and colourfull curry that can be taken chapathi’s or rice
  • Sweet Corn:1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes:1 cup
  • Onions:1 cup
  • Green chillies:4
  • Curry leaves:2 stems
  • Coriander eaves:2 stems
  • Ginger& Garlic paste:2 spoons
  • Boiled green peas:1/2 cup
  • Mustard seeds:1/4 spoon
  • Cumin seeds:1/4 spoon
  • Black gram:1/4 spoon
  • Salt: As required
  • Red Chilli Powder: As required
  • Oil: As required
  1. Switch on the stove,take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil
  2. Add one spoon of mustard seeds,cumin seeds,black gram etc along with curry leaves
  3. Add chopped onions,green chillies,1 cup of sweet corn and mix it well
  4. Now add ½ cup of boiled green peas and sufficient salt and mix it well
  5. Add 1 cup of tomatoes,1 spoon garam masala,1 spoon ginger&garlic paste and mix it well
  6. Add sufficient red chilli powder and let it cook for about 2 minutes over a lid on it
  7. Switch off the stove and serve hot with coriander leaves garnished
