A quick recipe to prepare the easy and tasty Club sandwiches. The grated cabbage and cut onions are mixed with cream, salt and pepper and placed in between slices. Microwave or grill the club sandwiches with cheese and enjoy it with ketchup.
  • 12 slices of bread
  • 1 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • butter
  • 50 gms shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp plain flour (maida)
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt and pepper powder to taste
  1. Take a pan put butter and maida
  2. Add milk to it and the cabbage
  3. Mix well and let it boil till the paste becomes a little thick add pepper and salt
  4. Toast 3 slices of bread
  5. Butter them
  6. On one slice put the cabbage paste
  7. Put second slice on top
  8. Put the 2 slices of onion cucumber and tomato each and sprinkle salt and pepper
  9. Cover with third slice cut diagonally
  10. Serve it with potato wafers
