  • Sugar 2 Cup
  • Milk ½ Cup
  • Ghee 3 Cup
  • Gond 1 Cup
  • Urad dal 1 Cup
  • Nuts ½ Cup
  1. Take urad dal powder, add ghee, milk, and mix it well, and strain this mixture well, put this powder into the hot ghee and cook for some time in a slow flame (45 minutes). Take another pan add sugar, water, to make a syrup, Pour this syrup in to the flour mixture and mix it well, let it cool for this mixture.
  2. Heat ghee and fry the gond and keep it aside, and crush the fried gond and add in to the mixture and mix it well. When mixture is cool down add nuts, and make ladoo.
