Ingredients
  • Khoya ½ Cup
  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • Almonds 8 Numbers
  • Pistachios 8 Numbers
  • Cashew nuts 5 Numbers
  • Semolina ¼ Cup
  • Fig chopped 1 Cup
  • Ghee 2 Tablespoons
  • Milk 1000 ml
  • Saffron ¼ Teaspoons
  • Cardamom powder ½ Teaspoons
Instructions
  1. Blanch almonds and pistachios in one cup of hot water for five minutes, drain, and peel and roughly chop them, roughly chop cashew nuts, and keep it aside. Heat ghee in a pan add fry semolina for two to three minutes on a low heat, stirring all the time, add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, cook this and add milk, once this comes to boil cook till the thickened, add sugar, saffron, the sugar melts add chopped fig, and add cardamom powder, grated khoya, cook for some time, then switch off the flame. And serve it.
