Chilly potato has become one of the most liked Chinese recipes. Kids like this recipe very much. Chilly potato can be made in two ways dry or wet.dry you can have as side dish and wet can have it with roties.
  • Spring Onions 4 Numbers
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Garlic 3 Numbers
  • Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Baby Potato 250 Grams
  • Amchur Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chilly 4 Numbers
  • Bell Pepper (red, Yellow, Green) Each 1 Numbers
  1. Heat a pan add cumin seeds, garlic, butter, turmeric, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and add chopped spring onions, chopped coriander,
  2. cook this till they are roasted add amchur powder, green chilly, bell pepper (red, yellow and green) mix it well and add baby potato (boiled cut them in to half with the skin on) toss it and reduce the flame put the lid on cook for 2 minutes
