  • 1 small bread loaf, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soft butter
  • 2 tbsp caraway seeds (shahjeera)
  1. Butter one side of the bread. Sprinkle caraway seeds on top.
  2. Cut into 3 long fingers.
  3. Arrange on an ungreased baking tray.
  4. Put to bake in a hot oven at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden in colour.
  5. Serve hot with soup.
