  • 500 grams chicken
  • 1 onions (chopped)
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  • ½ cup coriander Leaves
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 8 to 10 mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 11/2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 11/2 cup water
  1. Cut the chicken to desired size.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf.
  3. Then add the chopped onions and sauté well for 3 minutes.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder. Fry till the raw smell goes and add chopped mint leaves.
  5. Add chicken pieces along with salt and red chilli powder. Fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix coriander powder, fennel seeds powder and coconut powder.
  7. Then add tomatoes paste and add water in it.
  8. Cover it with lid and bring to boil for some time.
  9. Spinkle garam masala and coriander leaves before removing from flame.
