Nilgiri chicken Korma in nicely cooked with succulent pieces of chicken cooked delicately in spices and coconut paste
  • Chicken 700 Grams
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Red Chilli Powder (Optional) 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 To Taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
  • Corriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Cumin Seeds 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Bay Leaves 2 Numbers
  • Carddamam 4 Numbers
  • Cinaman 1 Stricks
  • Cloves 4 Numbers
  • Coconut Power 1.5 Tablespoons
  • Poppy Seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Green Chillies 4 Numbers
  • Curry Leaves 4 Springs
  • Mint 1 Cup
  • Coriander 1 Cup
  1. Roast poppy seeds and add coconut paste.
  2. In oil add whole garam masala, mustard seedsWhen mustard seeds crackle add cumin seeds and chopped onions
  3. Add pinch of salt to tasteAdd pinch of hing, turmeric and ginger garlic pasteAdd poppy seed and coconut paste, and cookBlend all the greens (Coriander Leaves, Green Chilliesa and Curry Leaves) Add chilli powder, coriander powder and the green masala pasteWhen oil slightly oozes out add chicken and cook for fifteen minutes
